enhancing our schools visibility, reputation & community engagement.

Media & Marketing

Central Media Team

Our central media and marketing department are on hand to enhance our schools visibility, reputation, and community engagement. A school’s brand and visibility play a crucial role in shaping its reputation, attracting pupils and families, and fostering community engagement.

A strong brand communicates the school’s values, ethos, and educational philosophy and help establish an emotional connection with our parents/carers and pupils. A positive brand reputation not only influences enrolment decisions but also enhances the school’s credibility and trustworthiness within the community.

Visibility, through various marketing and communication channels, ensures that our school’s achievements and events are widely known and appreciated. It allows the school to showcase its strengths, celebrate successes, and address any misconceptions or challenges proactively. Moreover, a visible presence in the community fosters partnerships, alumni involvement, further enriching the school’s resources and opportunities for growth.

Sharing Our Success

Without Exception.

Brand Development and Management

We work with our schools to ensure we develop a consistent brand identity and content framework. Implementing brand guidelines to ensure consistency in communication materials, including logos, colours, fonts, and tone of voice.

Community Engagement and Outreach

We pride ourselves on forming strong relationships with parents, pupils, alumni, and the local community through online content and trust wide events throughout the year. We utilise various channels, such as newsletters, open days, workshops, and community partnerships to engage stakeholders and promote the trust’s educational offerings.

Monitoring and Evaluation

We establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and online content.

Regularly monitoring and evaluating these analytics and making necessary adjustments to ensure we are communicating with our parents in the most effective ways.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence

Enhancing our schools and the trust’s online presence through the development and maintenance of a user-friendly website and active participation in relevant social media platforms makes a huge difference with our audiences.

We manage the trust’s digital media assets, including websites, social media accounts, blogs, and online platforms meaning our schools have instant access to their online platforms. We take care of your online strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO), social media management, and online advertising.

Approximately 60,000 Visitors to our websites trust-wide per month.

Content Creation and Storytelling

We work to develop a content strategy that highlights the achievements, activities, and unique offerings of each of our schools. We do this in house and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, photos, articles, and social media posts, to engage and inform various stakeholders.

We provide media coverage and documentation for key events, such as open days, live events, sports tournaments, and academic competitions. Capturing memorable moments throughout the academic year.

Our team also ensure our schools internal and external signage is providing a successful image including digital signage across key high traffic pupil areas.
