Over 50 members of staff from across Matrix Academy Trust will be taking on the challenge of the Three Peaks Challenge – all in support of the amazing Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
The Three Peaks Challenge involves summiting the three highest peaks in the UK – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon – all within 24 hours! This will test your endurance, strength, and team spirit while giving you a truly unforgettable experience.
We will travel to our start point on Thursday 22nd May 2025 and start our first hike early hours of Friday 23rd May 2025.

Pre-Event Walk 3.
Team Three Peaks spent a morning last weekend completing a challenging 19.5km route around Dovedale. A huge thank you to everyone for their donations so far; we are nearly at the £15,000 mark.
Pre-Event Walk 2.
Team Three Peaks had their second pre-event session in February. We got 8.5miles under our belts around the lovely Lickey Hills. Thank you to everyone who made it out on a very muddy and fresh Saturday morning.

Team Three Peaks had their first pre-event session on Sunday around Sutton Park, using this opportunity to set the pace. Thank you to everyone who made it out for our initial walk to really start to set the pace of the challenge. This has really helped to kickstart everyones training journey for the main event in May.
