Samantha’s journey in education has seen her excel in various roles, including Advanced Skills Teacher, Assistant Headteacher, and Deputy Headteacher in a vibrant, multicultural urban school. She went on to become Headteacher of a large, oversubscribed, and highly successful comprehensive school, where her leadership played a pivotal role in shaping its continued success.

Beyond her own schools, Samantha has made a significant impact through school-to-school support, including her work as a School Improvement Partner. Her recent achievement of the NPQEL qualification further underscores her dedication to educational leadership.
